19 September 2023 – “Industry at your fingertips” is the motto at QSIL Ingenieurkeramik GmbH in Frankenblick on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, to mark the anniversary of the South Thuringia Industry Event.
We invite you to take an exclusive look behind the scenes of our company, gain exciting insights into the regional industry and discover career opportunities right on your doorstep. School and university graduates, applicants for an apprenticeship or internship, skilled workers, job seekers, commuters and generally interested parties can now secure their ticket for the event at www.industrie-intouch.de. Participation is free of charge. On the day of the event, the workshops will open from 4 pm. Visitors will travel to the company on their own.

The organizer of INDUSTRIE INTOUCH is the association forum Thüringer Wald e. V. in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Südthüringen. In the anniversary year, industrial companies from a wide range of sectors will be presenting themselves. For visitors on site, this is the ideal opportunity to get to know market leaders and hidden champions right on their own doorstep. Participants get exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the companies. You can experience the latest production processes, technologies and innovative products up close and live. Excellent career prospects
We also take a firm look at the presentation of the wide range of training opportunities and the excellent career prospects. Whether you are a high school or college graduate, an applicant for an apprenticeship, a job seeker or a commuter, QSIL offers attractive jobs for a wide variety of people with broad interests and skills.
In the spirit of hands-on industry, we present our company behind the scenes during plant tours and guided tours of production, as well as a speed dating event for potential new trainees. Visitors will also be able to talk to management, HR managers and perhaps future colleagues, giving them an insight into a top company in the region.
AZUBITOUR
INDUSTRIE INTOUCH also enables schoolchildren and students to find out about internships, dual training opportunities and career opportunities on their doorstep. The content is prepared especially for teenagers and young adults and presented by the trainees in the companies. Application documents can also be brought along directly on the day of the event and handed over to the recruiters. The registration for the “AZUBITOUR” also takes place within the online registration.

About QSIL Ingenieurkeramik
QSIL Ingenieurkeramik stands for more than 30 years of experience and expertise in materials engineering and the production of high-performance ceramic materials and composites. Our specialty is silicon nitride and silicon carbide based non-oxide ceramic materials. With our equipment, we produce components from them using various shaping and sintering techniques, especially according to drawings and application-specific requirements of our customers and partners.
