Lining of components with flat surfaces

• Plates for lining components with flat surfaces

• individual plates glued on foil and hexagons for tanks, bunkers, baffle plates, gully closures, chutes and gutters.
• These are manufactured as standard in the dimensions 150×100 mm² and 100×100 mm². The thicknesses are graduated with 6, 13, 25 and 50 mm.

Lining of components with round or tubular surfaces

• Mosaic ceramics
• Individual sheets (standard 10×10 mm² or 20×20 mm²) are glued to acetate silk or to special foil (standard 500×500 mm²). Hexagons SW20 or SW32 are also available. The thickness varies from 1.5 to 12 mm.
• Examples of applications are: Mixers, agitators, grinding technology, narrow pipelines, pipe bends, channels for ash discharge, etc.

For special applications, mosaics and sheets can be vulcanized into rubber or cast into PU. Special dimensions are available on request.
